• Health Information: Assessment scores from ORS (Outcome Rating Scale) and SRS (Session Rating Scale) forms that you scan or enter
• Client Codes: Anonymized client identifiers (not real names) that you assign to track outcomes
• Camera Data: Images captured when scanning assessment forms (processed locally, not stored on our servers)
• Usage Data: App usage statistics to improve our service

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the ORS SRS service
• Track therapeutic outcomes over time
• Generate progress reports and visualizations
• Improve and optimize our app
• Communicate with you about your account

Data Storage and Security

Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures:

• All data is encrypted at rest
• We use secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS)

ORS SRS is designed for use by licensed mental health professionals and is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
